COVID-19 in Wisconsin: 7 new deaths, 350 new cases

Friday, Wisconsin health officials announced seven new deaths related to COVID-19, moving the state’s total to 6,477 deaths since the pandemic began.
Additionally, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) reported 57 new hospitalizations, moving the total number of hospitalizations during the pandemic to 26,387.
A total of 566,158 positive cases of COVID-19 have now been confirmed in Wisconsin, with 350 new cases reported Friday.

As of Friday, DHS reports that more than 3.20 million people have been tested in the state.
The state’s seven-day average positivity rate by test is at 2.3%.
DHS said the state has been allocated 1,895,025 vaccine doses so far. Of those, 1,631,270 had been administered as of Friday, and 572,501 people had completed the two-shot vaccine series.
