DVS stations to hold Saturday hours for Minnesotans with expiring licenses
The Minnesota Department of Public Safety Driver and Vehicle Services (DPS-DVS) on Friday announced several stations will have Saturday hours in March to help Minnesotans with expiring licenses.
Minnesotans can renew in-person to make changes to a driver’s license or ID card, or apply for a REAL ID or enhanced license. Pre-applying online is recommended to reduce wait time in the office.
Exam stations will be accepting renewal applications on a first-come, first-served basis.
The following exam stations will also be open each Saturday through March 27 to help Minnesotans who received extensions and need to renew a driver’s license:
- Anoka Exam Station (8:00 a.m. – 4: 30 p.m.)
- Downtown St. Paul Exam Station (8:00 a.m. – noon)
