UPDATE: Missing St. Cloud boy found safe

UPDATE: The missing 9-year-old boy has been found safe according to the St. Cloud Police Department. He was located at a friend's residence.
The St. Cloud Police Department and the St. Cloud Fire Department are looking for a missing 9-year-old boy.
The boy, identified as Lowell McClure, was last seen fishing with his brother in the area of Munsinger Gardens near the Mississippi River Dam Thursday afternoon. His brother is not missing.
K9 teams are currently working in the area so police are not asking for the public's assistance in the search at this time. Instead, police are asking the public to stay out of the area so as not to hinder the K9 team's efforts.
McClure is described as being 4 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing about 70 pounds. He was last seen wearing gray shorts, a blue Superman T-shirt and a gray Old Navy sweatshirt.
