COVID-19 in Wisconsin: 511 new cases, 9 new deaths
Wisconsin health officials reported 511 new cases of COVID-19 Friday, bringing the state’s total to 14,396 cases.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) also reported nine new COVID-19 deaths, increasing the state’s total to 496.

The DHS said, as of Friday, 172,703 people have tested negative.
Of all cases in Wisconsin, 16%, or 2,259 people, have required hospitalization.
Meanwhile, 8,362 people are recovering and are no longer in isolation, which accounts for 58% of all cases.
Milwaukee County continues to be hit hardest by COVID-19 in Wisconsin, accounting for 5,735 cases and 270 deaths, as of Friday.
