Coronavirus Daily Briefing: Minnesota health officials give latest COVID-19 update

Minnesota health officials provided the latest COVID-19 update Thursday afternoon.

Minnesota Department of Health Commissioner Jan Malcolm and Infectious Disease Division Director Kris Ehresmann updated the latest situation in the state.

As of Thursday, 22,947 COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in the state with 967 confirmed deaths.

Minnesota reports 493 new COVID-19 cases, 35 new deaths; more than 220,000 tests completed
