COVID-19 in Wisconsin: At least 1,912 total cases, 42 deaths
Friday, at least 1,912 total COVID-19 cases and 42 deaths were reported in Wisconsin, according to ABC affiliate WISN.
WISN reports 945 of the cases and 23 of the deaths in the state have occurred in Milwaukee County.
As of Friday, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported 22,377 cases had tested negative.
A "Safer at Home" order announced by Gov. Tony Evers will remain in effect until 8 a.m. April 24.

Also Friday, the Minnesota Department of Health reported 47 more positive COVID-19 cases, bringing the state’s total to 789.

MDH reported the state’s Public Health Lab has completed 8,682 tests and private labs have completed 15,545 tests. As of Friday, 156 patients required hospitalization while 410 patients who tested positive are no longer in isolation. A total of 22 Minnesotans have died from the virus as of Friday.
