Fridley Public Schools cancels class Wednesday following ‘threat to school safety’

Fridley Public Schools will be closed on Wednesday following a “reported threat to school safety.”

According to a post on Facebook, all classes and school activities are canceled on Wednesday.

“We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause our families. We also encourage everyone to continue speaking up if they see or hear anything that could represent a potential school safety issue,” the post added.
