Victoria Rocha made her debut on Twin Cities Live back in 2010 as a three year old. Now, she is making her way in the art world in a meaningful way. When her family started their pet sitting business, she started painting those furry friends. That turned into a part time gig for the 17 year old. She launched her own small business, Paws and Paintings.
