Wren forecasts a hot, humid and stormy end to July

It’s a hot and humid Tuesday forecast with warm temperatures and uncomfortable humidity overnight tonight. Overnight lows are in the low-70s, with some patchy fog possible late tonight into early Wednesday morning.

Tomorrow is another hot and humid forecast, with high temperatures make a run for 90 degrees in the Twin Cities.

Storm chances return Wednesday afternoon and evening with the risk for severe weather across Minnesota. Damaging winds, hail and locally heavy rainfall are possible. Scattered storms stay in the forecast overnight Wednesday into Thursday.

Heavy rainfall is possible late Wednesday into Thursday, with near 1 inch of rainfall possible.

Dry skies return by Friday and most of the weekend stays dry as well. Friday and Saturday stay hot and muggy, but it looks like we’ll have some relief on the way Sunday and especially by the start of next week.
