Gia restaurant is serving the first course at a big event taking place at Interlachen Country Club in Edina.  Taste Fore the Tour brings together top culinary talent and celebrities to raise awareness and donations to help a worthy organization.  Chef Jo Seddon from Gia is preparing the dish she is serving at the event.
