St. Louis Park police make arrest after shots fired incident
A suspect has been arrested following a report of shots being fired Friday afternoon.
According to St Louis Park police, they responded to a report of shots being heard near West 27th Street in St. Louis Park around 5:14 p.m. Authorities that a suspect and victim, both females, who knew each other were driving in separate vehicles, although it is unknown at this time how the victim was involved in the incident.
Officials said the female suspect fired a handgun, striking one home on the 2800 block of Kentucky Avenue South and another on the 2600 block of Idaho Avenue South. The incident caused property damage but no injuries were reported.
Police arrested the suspect without incident and said charges are pending.
St. Louis Park police are continuing to investigate.
