MnDOT misspells Ayd Mill Road exit sign

An exit sign on 35E misspells “Ayd Mill Road” as “Ady Mill Road.”

The sign marks exit 104B and sits near an almost identical sign — with the correct spelling.

5 EYEWITNESS NEWS reached out to the Minnesota Department of Transportation for comment and a spokesperson said they are aware and working to correct the mistake.

MnDOT adds that a temporary fix for the sign is expected to be completed on Monday night until the contractor can make a new sign.

A timeline for the replacement isn’t yet clear.
