COVID-19 in Wisconsin: 5,911 total cases, 272 deaths
Wisconsin health officials reported 224 additional cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, which brings the state’s total to 5,911.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services also reported six more deaths. So far 272 Wisconsinites have died from the virus.
The DHS also said 59,235 people have tested negative.
Of all patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 in Wisconsin, 1,397 have required hospitalization, and 2,669 have recovered and are no longer in isolation.
The majority of cases have occurred in Milwaukee County.
