Delta to require employees to wear masks when unable to practice social distancing

Delta Air Lines announced Monday it will require all of its employees to wear a mask to help curb the spread of COVID-19

In a statement, the company said employees will need to wear masks when "unable to maintain at least six feet between you and another employee, customer or business partner."

The requirement goes into effect Tuesday and will remain in place until June 30.

The airline also said it will offer masks for customers that will be available at ticket counters, gates and on board airplanes.
