Spiced Rum Craisin Cookies
(I substituted spiced rum for the regular rum and craisins for the raisins)

We added the cranberry drizzle:
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
3 to 4 Tablespoons cranberry juice
Pearl sugar to sprinkle on top.
Whisk together the confectioners’ sugar and enough cranberry juice to create an icing that is thick enough to drizzle over the cookies. Let the icing sit for about 30 minutes to set.
