Cooler tomorrow, then a warm-up on the way

Good evening! Well today was a mild day temperature-wise across central and southern Minnesota where we saw plenty of sunshine today..BUT with those winds it felt pretty chilly. Today’s winds out of the west-northwest continue to be blustery this evening. Most of Minnesota and Wisconsin had peak wind gusts up to about 40-45 mph. Winds lighten overnight and your Friday forecast is not a windy one.

Mostly cloudy skies are in place tonight and tomorrow, with high temperatures tomorrow in the upper 30s and low-40s. Light spotty snow showers and or flurries are possible Up North tonight and tomorrow. Saturday is a warmer day with highs in the mid-40s, but it’s also a breezy day. We have the chance for light scattered showers Saturday evening and overnight with warmer air building in from the south. Sunday is breezy and mild with highs in the mid-50s and sunny skies.

Next week is warm (for this time of year) with mainly dry skies and a breezy to windy stretch of weather. Highs will trend near 60 degrees much of next week, with lows mainly in the mid to low-40s for the Twin Cities.

Have a wonderful night!
