Plymouth townhome fire displaces 8 families
Multiple families are without a home Monday morning after a fire damaged a townhome in Plymouth overnight.
According to Plymouth officials, crews were called to the 15000 block of 26th Avenue North just after 12:30 a.m.
When crews arrived, they found flames going through the roof of the eight-unit building. Everyone inside the building was able to safely evacuate. No injuries have been reported as of this time.
The Red Cross is helping all eight of the families that were displaced.
As of this time, the cause of the fire is still unknown, but under investigation.
