Portion of Hwy 25 in Monticello reopens after crash
The left lane of southbound Highway 25 at Interstate 94 has reopened Monday morning after a crash in the area.
Earlier, southbound lanes were closed due to the crash.
KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith said although traffic was able to get by in the left lane, the ramp to westbound I-94 remained closed a bit longer.

At the time of the crash, Minnesota Department of Transportation officials advised drivers to avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
