Despite snowfall this week across the Twin Cities, soccer season is about to kickoff. Minnesota United is preparing for their home-opener on Saturday against the New York Red Bulls.
Minnesota United already played to a 1-0 win against Dallas on Feb. 25
“This opponent we’re playing, they make it a stingy, ugly game,” said United midfielder Wil Trapp. “We’re going to have snow and a battle on the field, so that’s something to look forward to.”
