Morning fog decreases visibility for metro area drivers

Early morning fog decreased visibility for drivers in parts of the state and metro area Wednesday.
KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith said mainly areas in the south metro were affected.

Chief Morning Meteorologist Ken Barlow said sunshine will slowly develop Wednesday morning, to dry up the rain/snow mix that fell overnight.
Then, another batch of clouds is expected to move in Wednesday night, making for a mostly cloudy day Thursday, Barlow said.
