Here’s your Tuesday morning forecast for February 28, 2023 from KSTP Chief Meteorologist Ken Barlow.

Good Tuesday morning!

*A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR MOST OF THE TWIN CITIES FROM 9PM TODAY THRU 3PM WEDNESDAY*

After a wet Monday, today there is a better chance of some accumulating snow comes later this evening and overnight tonight with 1” or 3” of new snow possible by early Wednesday morning. Another 1” of snow is possible during the daylight hours of Wednesday morning.

Not a major storm, but the morning drive for Wednesday morning’s commute will be slow. Allow extra time for your commute tomorrow.

The weekend right now is still looking quiet and mild.

Temperatures will stay either at or slightly below the normal for this time of the year, but no Arctic Air is lurking on the horizon.

No more BIG snow storms are looming either!
