Dozens participate in “Snow Stomp” in preparation for St. Paul Winter Carnival

Dozens of volunteers participated in the St. Paul Vulcans’ Annual Snow Stomp, getting ready for the 2023 Winter Carnival at the Minnesota State Fair Grounds.
They are packing snow into 23 giant cubes for pros and amateaurs alike to try their hand at snow sculpting the weekend of Jan. 27-29.
