Slurp: Yia Vang’s new noodle pop-up

Chef Yia Vang is highlighting his Hmong heritage with his newest pop-up restaurant, Slurp.  Located in the old Mucci’s Uptown space, Slurp offers brothy and saucy noodles!  Our photographer Seth stopped on Thursday and the place was packed!  

Yia showed off two of his dishes from the small menu: Fun Fun Noodles and Shroomama!
