Raag: Minnesota’s First Indian Dining Fusion Restaurant

Raag is a hindi word that means symphony. This new restaurant in Edina plays exactly off of that idea; Raag is a symphony of foods from different regions, creating an Indian fusion dining experience.

The owner, Sohil Goorha, points out a few staples on the menu for first time visitors:

  • Butter Chicken
    • Usually chicken with cream and tomatoes. They use cream and roasted red bell peppers.
  • Samosas
    • Dough triangles filled with vegetable or meat and fried. Served with mint and tamarind dip.
  • Stuffed Chicken
    • Chicken breast stuffed with minced chicken – a version of tandoori.
