The Minnesota Lottery says there are three people in Minnesota who have yet to claim a seven-figure prize. One of the $1 million prizes was purchased at Kwik Trip in Oak Park Heights for the New Year’s Day drawing. Another $1 million winning ticket dates back to lasty July. It was sold at a Casey’s in Fridley. And the final ticket is worth $1.8 million, and it was sold in St. Joseph.
