Missing Minneapolis 11-year-old found safe

Minneapolis police say a missing 11-year-old girl who was previously reported missing has been found safe.

The girl had been missing since she was last seen at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 27 at her residence in the 3600 block of Queen Ave. North.

She is described as a Black female who is 5-foot-6-inches tall weighing about 150 pounds. She has long rainbow-colored braids and was last seen wearing the black and white jacket shown in the photo below. She was also wearing black shoes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call 911 or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
