Mike and Jen’s Hot Cocoa

Have you ever been concerned with the long list of ingredients on the big brand hot cocoa mixes? Dean Packington noticed one night when making it for his kids, Mike and Jen. Dean got to work developing a recipe, and enlisted the help of Amanda Cunningham to make it a reality.

Amanda Cunningham, the C-F-O and Owner, tells us more about “Mike & Jen’s Hot Cocoa Mix”.

Hot Cocoa Recipe:
Cocoa powder
Milk Powder
Two types of Sugar and Sea Salt

Mocha Recipe:

• Fill cup with hot brewed or instant coffee
• Add cocoa mix and stir until dissolved
• For richer taste, add more mix

Frozen Hot Chocolate Recipe:

• Fill cup to top with ice
• Add water to cup so it covers ice
• Pour contents into blender and add hot cocoa mix
• Blend until smooth
• Pour cocoa back into cup and top with whipped cream
