Slow Cooker Chicken Soup

Americans eat more than 10 billion bowls of soup each year. Fitness Expert, Nickie Carrigan is here with her slow cooker chicken soup that is a dump and go recipe.

Recipe for Chicken Soup:

1 package of chicken breast tenderloins
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 zuchini squash
1 can of black beans or kidney beans
2 cloves of garlic
1 box of chicken bone broth
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of chopped green chiles
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried oregano
3/4 tsp cumin
salt & pepper

Directions: Literally, dump it in your crockpot for 4 hours. When chicken is cooked through, take it out, shred it, and put it back in.

Serve with a dollop of Plain Greek Yogurt & some Lime Cilantro Bitchin Sauce!

We sometimes serve this with Tortilla Chips, or GF Corn Bread Muffins! I will bring Tortilla Chips to the show (but both are good!)
