Twin Cities Live is celebrating the town of Victoria this week. Victoria is full of locally owned businesses, one of them being a cute coffee shop. Kelli Hanson grabbed a cup of coffee from Ruby’s Roost and then headed downstairs to check out Chapter One Books.
