Monday Night Meal: Ham Salad

Five Eyewitness News anchor Paul Folger gives us an inside look at this week’s Monday Night Meal!
Ham Salad
- 5 to 2 pounds of ham
- 3 to 4 Tablespoons Mayo
- 2 to 3 Tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 stalks celery
- Pepper to taste
- 1 boiled egg diced
Directions:
- Place 1.5 to 2 pound ham, mayo, celery, onion, relish and mustard in food processor. Then pulse 10 to 15 times. Taste it. Add pepper as needed.
- Place in a bowl and hand stir in one diced hard boiled egg.
- Chill at least an hour.
- Serve on crackers, rolls, biscuits, or buttered white bread.
