Loving Kindness Meditation

Licensed Psychologist with Nystrom and Associates, Dr.Karin Ryan joins us on Zoom today to teach us how to improve our emotional state. She provides us with a tool called Loving Kindness Mediation:
- Step 1: Start by showing yourself loving-kindness.
- Step 2: Think of someone you care about.
- Step 3: Think of someone you casually or barely know. Send wishes to them.
- Step 4: Imagine someone you do not care for much. Someone who you think is not worthy of kind consideration. Can you include them in your loving kindness? Can you send them wishes?
