Sheriff’s office asks for help in 20-year-old missing person case
Law enforcement officials are asking for the public’s help in the case of a person who went missing 20 years ago.
The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office says 20-year-old Joshua Guimond went to a party at the Metten Court dorms at St. John’s University on Nov. 9, 2002. At around 11:45 p.m. that night, he left and hasn’t been seen since.
Authorities say many people at the party didn’t even know Guimond had left, and nobody knew where he went. He was described as being 6 feet tall and around 176 pounds with blond hair.
Friday, the sheriff’s office said it needs help identifying people who were found pictured on Guimond’s computer, as investigators believe those people may have information related to his disappearance.
Anyone who recognizes any of the people or has any other information regarding Guimond is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 320-259-3700.
