Back in 2019, Elizabeth celebrated the start of spring by taking a trip to Cup and Cone in White Bear Lake while there was still snow on the ground.
With the freezing sleet this morning, we felt like it was time to pay them another visit. So, we sent social media influencer and ice cream lover, TJ Therrien, there to check out the scene!
