Sherburne County crash victim identified as 90-year-old Florida man
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner has identified a man who died in the hospital following a single-vehicle crash earlier this month in Sherburne County.
The report identifies the man as 90-year-old Philip Crocker Wagner of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
Wagner was said to have died from complications of a spinal injury he suffered in the crash.
The crash happened the morning of Sept. 4 at 108th Street and County State Aid Highway 9 in Baldwin Township, and Wagner died the evening of Sept. 10 at North Memorial.
No further information is expected to be released.
