Brendan Fraser among actors attending 2022 Twin Cities Con

Organizers of Twin Cities Con have announced another celebrity guest who will be attending this year’s event.

Event organizers announced Tuesday that actor Brendan Fraser, known for his performances in “The Mummy” trilogy, “George of the Jungle” and “Doom Patrol” will be in Minneapolis on Saturday, Nov. 12 and Sunday, Nov. 13.

As previously reported, the event — similar to Comic Con — focuses on pop culture, media and comic books.

The three-day event will be held at the Minneapolis Convention Center and includes activities such as celebrity guest question-and-answer sessions, video game tournaments, costume contests, discussion panels, workshops and more.

Others included on the guest list include actor John Glover, author and pro wrestler Mick Foley, actors John Morton, Dickey Beer and Timothy Zahn, Mela Lee and Shantel VanSanten of “Apex Legends” and more.
