Brooklyn Park police searching for missing vulnerable man

Authorities are asking for help finding a missing vulnerable man.

Brooklyn Park Police said officers went to the 8500 block of Regent Avenue North at around 2:13 a.m. Thursday on a report of a person missing from an assisted living facility.

Police say 66-year-old Alex Ramirez was last seen on the patio just after 1 a.m. Thursday.

He’s described as Hispanic, around 5 feet, 4 inches tall, 178 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and blue pants.

Authorities say he may be using public transportation.

Ramirez has medical conditions that may limit his ability to be aware of his surroundings without his medication, police say.

Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911.
