Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office asks for public help finding wanted man, reward offered

Authorities in Blue Earth County are asking for the public’s help to find a wanted man.
The Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office says 40-year-old Jacob John Friedrichs is wanted in the county for a controlled substance crime and in Winnebago County, Iowa, for theft.
He’s also a suspect in several other crimes in and around Blue Earth County.
According to the sheriff’s office, Friedrichs may be armed and has a history of fleeing scenes.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or CrimeStoppers of Minnesota at 1-800-222-8477. A $1,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to his arrest.
