Minnesota Aurora tops Indy Eleven 2-1 in first round playoff game

Minnesota Aurora is advancing in the USL W League playoffs after a 2-1 win against Indy Eleven Wednesday night at TCO Stadium in Eagan.

Aurora fell behind 1-0 in the 1st half, but Morgan Turner’s strike in the 50th minute tied it at 1-1.

The eventual game-winner was off a Mayu Inokawa penalty kick goal in the 65th minute.

Aurora advances to the championship tournament semifinals on Sunday where they’ll face McLean Soccer at 5:00 p.m. at TCO Stadium.
