Jury finds National Guardsman guilty of sexually abusing girl

A jury on Thursday found a National Guardsman guilty of sexually abusing a young girl in southeastern Minnesota.
Hubbard Broadcasting affiliate KAAL-TV reports that Michael Lee Cocuzzi was found guilty of three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
According to court documents, the victim said Cocuzzi sexually abused her multiple times in multiple locations when she was 10.
Cocuzzi is also part of an active investigation in New York involving Richmond County’s Special Victims Unit, according to KAAL.
