Blaine’s VanArragon wins another AAA state girls golf title

The girls high school golf season came to a close on Thursday, and Blaine’s Kathryn VanArragon won her second career class 3A state title at Bunker Hills.
VanArragon entered the final round with a two stroke lead and closed out the final round with a two stroke lead over the 2019 state champion Isabella McCauley, shooting a 65 in the final round.

The McCauley sisters finished right behind VanArragon. Isabella was runner up, and Reese was two strokes behind her sister for a third place finish.

Alexandria took home a first place team title in class 3A over Maple Grove.
