The No. 1 Rosemount high school softball team beat Eagan Wednesday in a section playoff elimination game. The final score was 10-0 in six innings.

Rosemount next plays East Ridge on Friday in Richfield. The Irish need to beat East Ridge twice to make the state tournament.
