Man injured in Minneapolis shooting
Minneapolis police say one man is recovering from what they say are life-threatening injuries following a shooting Sunday night.
According to police, officers were called to the area of Lake Street East and Bloomington Avenue shortly before 8:30 p.m. for a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a man in his 20s who had been shot. He was given aid and then taken to an area hospital.
So far, police say their investigation shows the man was involved in some kind of altercation with at least two other men, saying at least one of the two other men shot the injured man.
Police say the other two men got into separate vehicles and left the scene.
