Police: juvenile reported missing in West St. Paul is in contact with a family member, no longer believed to be at Dodge Nature Center

Original story: Authorities are searching for an endangered missing boy in West St. Paul Friday afternoon.
According to the Mendota Heights Police Department, law enforcement is searching for a missing 15-year-old that has health issues.
The missing juvenile is described as a Hispanic male, dark-colored hair, with no shirt. He has a blue backpack and light-colored long pants.
Law enforcement is requesting anyone who sees someone matching his description in the area of the Dodge Nature Center to call 911.
Mendota Heights police say they have ATV’s, search crews on foot, and a drone searching. A CERT Members team is also assisting on the ground. Police are asking that people stay away from the scene. “We have plenty of resources so please do not self deploy in the area to help,” a Facebook posts notes.
West St. Paul police said its officers are helping Mendota Heights police in the search in Dodge Nature Center.
