Gravel Pit Golf a hit in Brainerd

KSTP sports director Joe Schmit recently checked out a new golf course in Brained, and it comes with a twist: a barren gravel pit was turned into many picturesque holes for a very unique experience.

The golf course features 13 classically designed holes, blanketed in fescue with a feel of traditional links golf. With amazing views, you’ll see that this is anything but a gravel pit.

The course opened last month.
