Wage theft dispute over Viking Lakes project

The North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters says there is an open Department of Labor investigation pending against the Wilf family and their company MV Ventures.

The group claims that over 40 employees have endured wage theft while working on a job site owned by MV Ventures.

MV Ventures says that “to date, we have not seen formally filed complaints” and disputes the claims.

The State Labor Department told KSTP that they could not comment on the issue.
