Timberwolves to be without Jaden McDaniels for at least two weeks

An MRI taken at Mayo Clinic Square by Dr. Kelechi Okoroha on Timberwolves forward Jaden McDaniels revealed a left ankle sprain. He will be sidelined indefinitely and reassessed in two weeks. Further updates to his progress will be issued when available.
McDaniels was hurt in the final minute of Monday’s win at San Antonio.
In 67 games (31 starts) this season, McDaniels is averaging 9.4 points on 45.9% shooting, 4.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists.
A source tells KSTP that the Wolves will explore adding a free agent to a 10-day deal. The Wolves currently have an open roster spot.
