myTalk 107.1 raises over $100K for Ukraine refugee relief

Amid the Russian invasion of Ukraine, a local radio station and its listeners have responded in a big way.

Hubbard Radio’s myTalk 107.1 created a fundraiser — myTalkers for Ukraine — to support Ukrainian refugees. The station partnered with Minnesota-based Alight, which has a team in Poland at the Ukraine border to help refugees with relief items and medical supplies.

Since the fundraiser launched on March 7, MyTalk’s listeners have raised more than $100,000.
