Man dies after shooting at Minneapolis home, investigation underway

Police say one man is dead after they responded to a shots fired call Tuesday in Minneapolis.
According to Minneapolis police, officers were called to the 3300 block of 25th Avenue S. shortly after 8:30 p.m.
When they arrived, they found a man face down in a yard, and he had what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
He was then taken to an area hospital, where he died.
Police say the man did not live at the address they were called to.
Two people who lived at the home were interviewed, however police are still working to find out who was involved in the shooting, and the role each person played.
No word on any arrests as of this time.
Officials add this is the ninth death which is being investigated as a homicide this year.

Update: On Saturday morning the Hennepin County Medical Examiner identified the deceased as 30-year-old Martin Lee Johnson of Minneapolis.
