Water main break leaves dozens without service Sunday morning in Minneapolis
A 16-inch water main broke at 9 a.m. near Kenwood Parkway and Summit Place in Minneapolis Sunday morning, leaving residents nearby without water throughout the day.
According to a city official, crews managed to stop the break and were making repairs to the main Sunday afternoon. As of 3 p.m., less than 30 customers were without water, and their service is expected to be restored by the end of the day.
