Minnesota Monthly is on the hunt for the restaurant that serves the best brunch and Bloody Marys in the State.

Their bracket started with 32 spots and is now down to 2 finalists. Arthur Morrissey from Minnesota Monthly stopped by with what you should order at those spots: Victor’s 1959 Cafe and Red Cow.
